Metta in Motion – Dynamic Thai Massage

5-days Dynamic Thai Massage Course with Till Heeg & friends
26.-30.11.2016, YogaRaum Berlin

„Do not stop the movement to find peacefulness,
find peacefulness within the movement“
(Chinese proverb)

Dynamic Thai Massage is an application of meditation in motion. It is a down to earth dance with the water elements within the body. We will flow, rock and enjoy fluidity in our movement as a giver. Rhythm becomes a tool to invite the receiver to fully surrender. A precise technique and smoth transitions are key to this dynamic style of massage.

The „dynamic way“ of Thai Yoga Massage is deeply inspired by Ajahn Chaiyut Priyasith – who was a master, teacher and practitioner of Traditional Thai Massage in the North of Thailand – and by modern osteopathic principles and techniques.

This specific form of the Sacred Dance holds the potential to inspire and to bring joy, creativity and happiness in your way of giving bodywork. With gratitude to all my teachers. For the „dynamic way“ of Thai Massage, special thanks to David Lutt and Krishnataki.

for the GIVER, Dynamic Thai Massage is the opportunity…
…to improve his/her fluidity, precision and transitions in the massage,
…to be creative, joyful and happy while working,
…to develop his/her touch while working on the mechanic, liquid and energetic levels.

for the RECEIVER, Dynamic Thai Massage is a chance…
…to recover mobility and freedom in his/her musculoskeletal system,
…to improve the fluid circulation (blood and lymphatic systems),
…to re-establish a good energetic circulation,
…to release the nervous system.
