“The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our attention. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

Dear friends of movement, mindful touch and flying,

it feels so good to be HOME! I arrived in Berlin about 3 weeks ago after a 3-months journey of studying, working and traveling in Thailand, Australia & Bali.

I am full of inspiration & gratitude to the teachers I met along this path.
Thanks to David Lutt (Osteothai) for deepening my understanding for the inside world of the body and for sharing the knowledge of how to work the deeper levels through gentle, loving touch. Thanks to Rosemary Wallace (Craniosacral Biodynamics), for the transmission of the power of pure listening – holding space for the body to speak, reveal, transform and heal without manipulation.
Thanks to the team & students of the AcroYoga Teacher Training in Bangkok for sharing, exploring and refining the art of teaching and being living examples of the power and transformative potential of this practice.

Now I am looking forward to share these precious gifts in the upcoming events this spring & summer. Come along to dive into healing or play or even the combination of both together!

With metta,
