3-days Bodywork Intensive with Almuth Kramer
2025, August 8-10
Aikido Dojo, Hasenheide 9, 10967 Berlin

COURSE OVERVIEW:
This 3-days bodywork intensive aims to give you confidence, clarity and joyful inspiration to approach the neck and the shoulders, to release tensions in the area itself as well as connected systems (breathing system, digestive system and posture).
This course will provide anatomical and physiological knowledge to understand connections of muscles, bones, fascia, nerves, blood and nerve pathways and organs in the area of the chest, shoulders, neck & head.
Use this opportunity to deepen your palpation and to learn hands-on tools to mobilize, harmonize and (re-)establish connections.
Come as you are – and leave nurtured, touched, relaxed and potentially more upright in posture & attitude!
WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN:
This intensive will provide you with clarity, structure and methodology to
– work shoulders, neck & chest using musculoskeletal mobilization & harmonization
– relieve the cervical spine and fascial connections between neck and heart to support regulation and alignment
– get in touch with the phrenic and vagus nerve on their path from the head trough the neck & thorax
– support blood circulation
– offer deep relaxation for the head through face massage, energy points and craniosacral work
We will also move and meditate on Saturday & Sunday morning to meet your own body before meeting others & to connect mind, movement and anatomical knowledge.
