Every session is optional!

You can start each day with meditation & movement practices (yoga, dance, functional movement, chi gong). The rest of the day is dedicated to rest, bodywork and other self-caring practices (sauna, hot tub under the stars, journaling, …). Each of the bodywork sessions is a little workshop on its own with a different topic (e.g. dynamic thai, osteothai, osteopathy, chi nei tsang, craniosacral work, rebozo, …) sometimes gentle & mindful, sometimes intuitive or playful, other times dynamic or with focus on precision and anatomy. Specific wishes of the participants are very welcome!

Our intention is to create a dynamic and creative space, where we combine and share diverse experiences and tons of knowledge around touch and funnel many years of practice into applicable tools.

You are free to come to the sessions you are interested in only and to take as much time off as you want.
The goal of this gathering is to find peace, clarity and inspiration, emerging centered and rejuvenated. The nature, the amazing food, the sauna and the hot tubs of Ekodrom will support this journey.
