Thai Yoga Bodywork Basic Training
7-days Practitioner Qualification
with Almuth Kramer, Brooklyn Reardon & friends
2025, April 11-17
Aikido Dojo, Hasenheide 9, 10967 Berlin

Thai Yoga Bodywork blends static and dynamic Thai Yoga Massage with osteopathic tools braided together with the art of presence and focused intention. From a modern point of view we will explore the influences and roots of the traditional healing art of Thai Yoga Massage, that historically originated from the Indian culture and absorbed inspirations and tools by the buddhist monks of Thailand.
Thai Yoga Bodywork can help calm the mind and nervous system, release muscular tension, mobilize joints and move and increase vital energies.
In these 7 days we will cultivate a nurturing hands-on touch, a non-verbal dialogue that connects with the physical, energetic and emotional body of the receiver. The quality of touch is full of awareness and listening while the intention of touch is to revive the essence of Thai Yoga Massage: Metta (loving kindness).
We will explore the power and joy of giving and receiving learning techniques for a full body treatment from head to toe. The practice is on a mat on the floor, fully clothed in comfortable, maneuverable clothes & without oil.
“Touch comes before sight, before speech.
It is the first language and the last, and it always tells the truth.”
– Margaret Atwood
